December 4, 2023, is the tenth National Constitution Day and the sixth “Constitution Publicity Week”. Supply Chain Management Company of Gansu Logistics Group organized a series of activities for Constitution Publicity Week to thoroughly implement the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, carry forward the spirit of the Constitution, popularize constitutional knowledge, further enhance the legal concept and awareness of enterprise staff, improve the legal operation and management level of enterprise managers, and enhance the staff’s awareness of risk prevention and control.

1.The court provides legal assistance to the company’s development, making legal popularization work “new” and more “heart-based”.
On December 1, the Supply Chain Management Company actively participated in the lecture on legal education held by the People’s Court in the Lanzhou New District with the theme “Optimizing the Legal Business Environment and Facilitating Good Development of Enterprises”. Judge Guo Daru, President of the Case Filing Division of Lanzhou New District People’s Court, gave a detailed introduction to the overview of the Labor Law, the primary content of the Labor Contract Law, and other aspects of legal knowledge. He focused on a vivid and detailed interpretation of legal knowledge that is closely related to the protection of workers’ rights and interests, production, and life, such as the applicable subjects of the Labor Law, the provisions of the service period, the conclusion and termination of labor contracts, etc. He actively guided enterprises to govern and operate by the law, improved the ability and level of enterprises to operate and manage according to the law, effectively protected the legitimate rights and interests of staff, and promoted the establishment of harmonious and stable labor relations.
2.Lawyers control and prevent risks to make legal popularization work “deeper” and more “real”.
On December 4, the Supply Chain Management Company invited Hou Sixia, a lawyer from Gansu Jincheng Law Firm, to organize special training on constitutional publicity and preventing and controlling legal risk. It took National Constitution Day as an opportunity to popularize constitutional knowledge and conduct special training on risk prevention and control of contracts based on the company’s trading business.

At the meeting, Lawyer Hou explained the concept of the constitution, the essential spirit, characteristics, and nature of our country’s constitution in easy-to-understand language to enhance staff’s constitutional and legal awareness. According to the company's trade risk prevention and control needs, Lawyer Hou combined this year’s contract review work to explain the eight elements of contract signing in a targeted manner. She used the actual business contract of the supply chain company as an example to analyze problems and put forward improvement suggestions, effectively improving the risk prevention and control awareness of business personnel.
The activities in this Constitution Publicity Week have helped the Supply Chain Management Company staff improve their legal literacy and awareness of risk prevention and control. In the next step, the company will continue to promote the spirit of the rule of law, continue to actively carry out legal popularization activities, and promote the construction of the rule of law to be in-depth, practical, and conscientious so that all the staff consciously respect and study the law, abide by the law, and use it.
