Lanzhou Sanmao Textile (Group) Co., Ltd. was rated as A-level enterprise of standardization of environmental protection in Gansu Province after reaching the standard in the internal self-assessment of the company and superior acceptance. Ecology and Environment Bureau in Lanzhou New Area has issued a plaque and certificate to the company.

According to the “Notice on Issuing the Implementation Plan for the Evaluation of Enterprise Environmental Credit and environmental Protection Standardization Construction in Gansu Province in 2020” from Department of Ecology and Environment of Gansu Province, led by the Equipment Power Guarantee Department in the company, the standardization construction of environmental protection and environmental credit evaluation were fully carried out within the company.

The environmental assessment was divided into two stages: internal self-assessment and superior acceptance. In the stage of internal self-assessment, special meetings of mobilization and deployment were held, setting up a leading group of the standardization construction of environmental protection and environmental credit evaluation led by the general manager of the company, and drawing up a specific work plan and an implementation plan. According to “Evaluation Index for Environmental Protection Standardization Construction of Industrial Enterprises in Gansu Province (Revised in 2020)” issued by the Department of Ecology and Environment of Gansu Province, which includes 5 categories, 27 basic contents and 122 specific requirements, the leading group conducted an overall inspection of the present condition of environmental protection in the company, including data management, system construction, on-site facilities and equipment management and environmental sanitation. Persons in charge must be responsible for all kinds of inspection, whose job is directly related to the monthly performance appraisal of the whole department.

After more than 5 months’ inspection, the leading group carried out an objective and detailed pre-assessment of the present condition of the company’s environmental protection, and estimated the level of the company’s environmental performance was A, and that the level of environmental protection standardization construction was B, and that the level of the environmental credit evaluation was good.

In the stage of superior acceptance, the experts from Environmental Protection Bureau in Lanzhou New Area inspected the company’s environmental protection standardization construction and environmental credit evaluation on the basis of related documentary. Based on the inspection and detailed evaluation of the on-site management and standardization report, the level of the company’s environmental performance was A, the level of environmental protection standardization construction was A, and the environmental credit evaluation level was excellent.
