The 30th Lanzhou Investment and Trade Fair (LITF) will be held from July 6 to 10 in Lanzhou City. On June 28, the organizing committee provided an update on the preparations and reception arrangements for the upcoming event.

Q: What are the main components of the 30th LITF?

A: There are four sections in the 30th LITF :First, holding the opening ceremony of the 30th LITF; second, organizing 14 investment promotion and trade facilitation activities, including the “Green China · Invest in Gansu” investment promotion theme event; third, conducting economic and trade matching activities for themed cities, with branch exhibition halls set up in Lanzhou New Area , and Zhangye City; and fourth, establishing five exhibition areas in the main exhibition hall, encompassing Silk Road International Cooperation, Regional Cooperation and Exchange, Gansu’s Characteristic Advantageous Industries, Fashion Consumer Goods, “Gansu Cuisine” Agricultural Products, and Achievements Showcasing the 30 Years of the LITF.

Q: How are the preparations progressing?

A: Currently, municipal and prefectural governments and relevant departments are actively refining their tasks, advancing preparation works in an orderly manner. In terms of key activities, the LITF organizing committee office has collaborated with leading departments and units to compile the “Schedule of Major Activities for the 30th LITF,” detailing the time, location, and agenda for each major event during the fair.

Q: How many participating enterprises have been confirmed so far?

A: To date, a total of over 1,500 enterprises from 29 countries including the United States, Germany, and Russia, through their embassies and foreign trade organizations, as well as 18 provinces (autonomous regions, municipalities) and Hong Kong Special Administrative Region and Taiwan Province in China, have confirmed their participation. It has been completed that the layout and design of the 15 specialized exhibition halls for Gansu’s characteristic advantageous industries and the exhibition hall showcasing the achievements of the 30th LITF, and the work of exhibition organization and layout is progressed in an orderly manner. In terms of project signing, the Provincial Economic Cooperation Center, in conjunction with various cities, Lanzhou New Area, and relevant departments, has initially collected a batch of proposed signing projects.

A: In terms of conference support, the LITF organizing committee office has formulated and issued management measures for guest reception and exhibition credentials, striving to provide comprehensive support services during the fair. At the same time, We give high priority on LITF in investment promotion publicity, leveraging a full-media publicity system spanning television, radio, newspapers, and the internet to promoting attention and participation from all sectors of society in the event.
