From September 12 to 16, the 2024 China International Fair for Trade in Services (hereinafter referred to as "CIFTIS"), with the theme of "Global Service, Mutual benefit and sharing", was held in Beijing. Gansu Province has set up a trading group composed of provincial departments, research institutes, universities and related enterprises to participate in the exhibition.

Gansu Province has built a 100-square-meter special exhibition hall in the National Convention Center, fully demonstrating the characteristics and advantages of Gansu Province's service trade and the latest development achievements. With the theme of "Innovation leading development, sharing Gansu Services", the exhibition hall is mainly divided into four sections: culture, biomedicine, new technology and digitalization. Leading service trade enterprises with obvious advantages and import and export potential in the province were organized to participate in the exhibition. The exhibition hall comprehensively displays the diversified and innovative achievements of Gansu's international service trade in recent years from five aspects, including cultural exhibition, cultural performing arts, cultural IP, transformation of scientific and technological achievements and foreign cooperation and exchanges.

At this CIFTIS, the "nano efficient agriculture" project of Gansu Gushuo Nano Agricultural Technology Co., Ltd. was shortlisted as a demonstration case of scientific and technological innovation service. Lanzhou University, Gansu Ziguang Intelligent Traffic and Control Technology Co., LTD., CLP Wanwei Information Technology Co., LTD., etc., released several new technologies and new projects of scientific and technological entrepreneurship and business innovation at the CIFTIS achievement release conference, which received wide attention.

CIFTIS is a national, international and comprehensive large-scale exhibition and trading platform specially built for service trade. After ten sessions of cultivation and development, it has become the largest comprehensive exhibition of global service trade and an important platform for China to expand opening up, deepen cooperation and lead innovation. It has become an important platform for expanding international cooperation in service trade.

This year's CIFTIS adopts the "combination of online and offline" approach and focuses on hot trends in the development of service trade. It features exhibitions, negotiations and promotions, results release and all kinds of supporting activities. 85 countries and international organizations held exhibitions or conferences, and more than 450 of the world's top 500 companies and industry leaders participated offline.
