A:Our province has closely aligned with policy directives and investment priorities, planning and reserving over 1,000 key cultural and tourism projects, including Yongjing County’s Yellow River Basin ecological conservation and cultural-tourism integration initiative, while accelerating the implementation of projects such as the Wuwei Gulang Low-Altitude Flight Tourism Demonstration Base. In the first half of the year, 642 key cultural and tourism projects were implemented across the province, with actual investment reaching 11.285 billion yuan, up 15.55% year-on-year.

A:We have formulated investment promotion plans, established investment catalogs, and organized 550 investment promotion events in regions including Guangdong, Jiangsu, Fujian, and Shanghai, resulting in 301 signed projects worth 43.15 billion yuan, representing an 83.3% year-on-year increase.

A:We formulated key guidelines for the chain leader system in the cultural-tourism-health industry, prioritized 284 key projects, and achieved actual investment of 5.189 billion yuan in the first half of the year. Three new chain-leading enterprises were added to the cultural-tourism-health industry.

A:We convened a conference on integrated cultural and tourism development, prepared the Financial Support for High-Quality Tourism Development Conference, and conducted credit facilitation activities. The "Three-Year Doubling Plan" for cultural and tourism enterprises was launched with tiered cultivation mechanisms, adding over 200 new above-scale enterprises in the first half of the year. Two enterprises and four projects were designated as National Cultural Export Key Enterprises and Key Projects. The provincial cultural and creative product design competition was held, guiding the establishment of "Lucky Gansu · Cultural Innovation Experience Stores," with cultural and creative product sales reaching 210 million yuan, up 23.5% year-on-year.

The Annual Pass program now boasts 1,200+ partnering merchants, driving 200 million yuan in ancillary service consumption.
