In line with the implementation of the employment priority strategy and innovation-driven development strategy to propel high-quality county-level economic growth, the "2025 Lintao Entrepreneurship Capacity-Building Series" was successfully conducted from October 21 to 27, 2025. Organized by the Lintao County Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, administered by the County Employment Service Center, and implemented by Lintao Xindi Vocational Training School, the event adopted a dual-track "E-commerce + Agriculture" training camp model under the theme "Empowering Entrepreneurs, Revitalizing Lintao," providing systematic training to 80 local entrepreneurs and injecting new momentum into the upgrading of specialty industries.

The event focused on the practical challenges of integrating agriculture and e-commerce in Lintao County, adopting an innovative curriculum system of "2-day theory + 2-day practical training + 1-day extension + 2-day observation". It established two specialized courses for improving e-commerce entrepreneurship capacity and agricultural entrepreneurship capacity respectively. Through the "integration of learning and application" model, trainees basically mastered routine e-commerce operational knowledge, laying a solid foundation for developing "e-commerce + agriculture" businesses.

E-commerce training camp participants systematically learned skills including livestream operations and AI tool applications, conducting practical drills at the county e-commerce livestream center. The agriculture training camp focused on green cultivation and ecological breeding techniques, helping farmers reduce pest and disease damage while improving per-mu yield efficiency. A trainee stated: "By learning livestream sales techniques, I gained new ideas for promoting the 'Lintao Zhenhao' brand. This year's sales are expected to exceed 500,000 yuan."

During the event, participants enhanced comprehensive capabilities through four modules: theoretical lectures, corporate observation, base training, and team expansion. Organizers arranged visits to exemplary enterprises for practical learning of supply chain management and brand-building experience. At the closing ceremony, 16 outstanding trainees received commendations and will be prioritized for supportive policies including entrepreneurial guaranteed loans and incubation platform residency.
