Recently, the operation team dispatched to the Peru overseas warehouse by the International Supply Chain Company of Gansu International Logistics Group has successfully completed its first month of intensive efforts. Through systematic and refined operational management, the team has established a four-tier safeguard system, which is built on quality control as the foundation, warehousing management as the key, compliance operation as the bottom line, and domestic-overseas coordination as the link. This ensures the sound operation of the overseas warehouse business and lays a solid foundation for Gansu International Logistics Group to deepen and expand its presence in the South American market.

As a key node in the globalization efforts of Gansu International Logistics Group, the Peru Overseas Warehouse officially commenced operations on February 27 this year, becoming Gansu Province's first overseas warehouse in Peru. According to statistics, by the end of November, the warehouse had cumulatively handled over 20,000 tons of imported silver concentrate, achieving an import trade volume of nearly 300 million yuan. Two dedicated business specialists have been stationed in South America, working full-time on establishing and enhancing the operational system and efficiency of the overseas warehouse.

Since the arrival of the team and the commencement of operations, the overseas warehouse has focused on three key priorities: establishing a quality control system, implementing refined management practices, and ensuring risk-compliant operations. With high standards and a fast-paced approach, the team advanced various foundational tasks and successfully established a preliminary operational framework for the overseas warehouse within just one month. A closed-loop mechanism of "inspection-filing-traceability" was implemented. During the goods receipt stage, thorough inspections covering specifications, product quality, and compliance credentials were conducted, with full documentation maintained to ensure that the origin and destination of every batch of goods are traceable. Additionally, an innovative sample filing system for goods was introduced. Standard samples are retained by category and batch, providing tangible references for quality reassessment and customer complaint resolution, thereby preventing defective products from entering the market at the source.

Focusing on the end-to-end inbound and outbound logistics process, a refined management model featuring "dual verification + real-time synchronization" has been established. During inbound operations, strict checks are conducted to ensure the consistency between received goods and domestic shipping documents, achieving "accurate document matching and clear batch identification." For outbound shipments, secondary verification of order details, cargo labels, and customer requirements is performed to ensure "precise delivery and error-free fulfillment." Furthermore, the team has developed a real-time information-sharing platform that synchronizes overseas warehouse inventory, inbound/outbound data, and quality inspection results with the relevant domestic business departments. This enables inventory visibility and precise supply-demand alignment. Through a coordinated mechanism of "domestic centralized planning and overseas precise execution," the team collaboratively manages funds and logistics, effectively reducing cross-regional operational risks and enhancing capital utilization efficiency.

A dynamic policy compliance monitoring mechanism has been established to conduct in-depth analysis of Peruvian laws and regulations related to warehousing, distribution, customs clearance, taxation, and other relevant areas. Compliance requirements are comprehensively integrated into every operational step. Through standardized operational guidelines and end-to-process risk assessments, all business activities are ensured to strictly adhere to local regulatory requirements, achieving "zero incidents" in compliance operations. This has built a robust legal firewall for the sustained and healthy development of overseas business.
