The first hedging transaction and the first electronic warehouse receipt business were successfully implemented, and RMB 400 million in medium term notes were issued. The Lanzhou New Area Comprehensive Bonded Zone ranked 129th nationwide and 32nd among comprehensive bonded zones in the western and northeastern regions, achieving the "Double?B" target.
