Senior government officials study guiding principles of CPC plenum

The Leading Party Members Group of China's State Council convened on Friday to study the guiding principles of the 20th Communist Party of China (CPC) Central Committee's third plenary session.
The meeting was chaired by Premier Li Qiang, who is also secretary of the Leading Party Members Group of the State Council. Ding Xuexiang and other senior officials attended the meeting.
The Resolution of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on Further Deepening Reform Comprehensively to Advance Chinese Modernization, adopted at the CPC plenum, will serve as a guiding document for further deepening reform across the board, the meeting said.
The meeting underscored actions to fully implement the reform plans decided at the plenum and ensure that all the tasks will be effectively implemented.
It urged prioritized efforts to carry out economic structural reform and make full use of its role as a spearhead for reform in a broader scope.
The meeting also underlined the need to further unleash and develop the productive forces and tap into and boost the vitality of the society as well as apply the spirit of reform in pushing for progress in various sectors and encourage explorations and innovation.
