Recently, 15 tons of boneless beef from Kazakhstan arrived at the Lanzhou New Area Comprehensive Bonded Zone, where it underwent inspection at the designated port for meat products.

This batch of beef originated from Almaty, Kazakhstan, and was transported via the TIR (Transports Internationaux Routiers) method. After entering China through the Alashankou border, it was directly delivered to the Lanzhou New Area Comprehensive Bonded Zone. Following customs inspection, the beef will be released to the market. This marks the first TIR cross-border road transport operation conducted by Gansu Logistics Group's Lanzhou New Area Comprehensive Bonded Zone company, as well as the first batch of imported frozen beef this year. It is also the first TIR cross-border road transport operation carried out by the Lanzhou New Area Comprehensive Bonded Zone.

The beef is sourced from high-quality pastures in Kazakhstan, known for their pollution-free environment and natural grazing conditions. The product is characterized by tender, juicy meat with evenly distributed fat, high protein, low fat, and a rich content of creatine, which closely aligns with consumer demands for premium beef products.

Moving forward, Gansu Logistics Group's Lanzhou New Area Comprehensive Bonded Zone company will fully leverage the platform advantages of the designated inspection area for imported meat products. Adhering to the principles of open cooperation and mutual benefit, the company will deepen economic and trade exchanges with countries along the Belt and Road Initiative, continuously expand resources for overseas frontline meat suppliers and meat distributors in the Northwest region, and actively develop and extend the trade industry chain. This will bring more high-quality, cost-effective imported meat options to consumers in Gansu Province and the Northwest region, while also contributing to the high-quality economic development of the local area.
