On April 28, Tang Peihong, Secretary of the Pingliang Municipal Committee of the Communist Party of China, and Li Rong, Deputy Secretary of the Municipal Committee and Mayor, visited Gansu International Logistics Group to hold a symposium focused on accelerating the construction of cooperative projects and jointly promoting high-quality development between local government and the enterprise. Zhang Tieqiang, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of Gansu International Logistics Group, and Yang Qianbin, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and General Manager, attended the meeting. Zhang Tieqiang expressed sincere gratitude to the Pingliang Municipal Committee and Government for their longstanding strong support to Gansu International Logistics Group. He briefly introduced the achievements made since the establishment of the Group and the development direction for the 15th Five-Year Plan period. He stated that Gansu International Logistics Group actively serves the national strategy of opening up to the west and Gansu Province's efforts to build the "Seven Locations, One Screen, and One Corridor" framework, deeply integrates into the construction of a unified national market, strives to enhance integrated supply chain service capabilities, and promotes the market-oriented and internationalized transformation of the enterprise. Moving forward, the Group will proactively align with Pingliang's development needs, fully leverage its own advantages, accelerate the progress of ongoing construction projects, and diligently implement cooperative initiatives, working together to make greater contributions to the development of the provincial logistics system and the high-quality growth of the logistics industry.

Tang Peihong briefly introduced the economic and social development of Pingliang City. He stated that Pingliang is firmly focusing on the strategic goal of building the "Three Districts and One City", vigorously implementing the "Five Major Actions", and concentrating on the "Five Key Drivers" to accelerate sustained and rapid economic development. Pingliang’s logistics industry has broad market space and enormous development potential. He expressed the hope that Gansu International Logistics Group would leverage its integrated service advantages along the industrial chain, accelerate the construction of the smart highway-rail logistics park, and deepen cooperation to achieve mutual benefit and shared development. The Pingliang Municipal Committee and Government will go all out to provide service guarantees, implement the "Three Extremes" approval service measures, and facilitate the early implementation and early results of cooperation projects, so as to better achieve win-win development between the local government and the enterprise.
