November 19-21: The 91st National Pharmaceutical Trade Fair was held in Nanjing. The event, themed "Building a New Ecosystem for Collaborative Innovation in Healthcare," aimed to explore resources across the pharmaceutical industry chain and create a platform for business cooperation and technical exchange. A delegation of 20 key traditional Chinese medicine enterprises from Gansu Province participated in the exhibition.

Gansu Province set up the Gansu Longyao Pavilion at the trade fair, featuring sections for traditional Chinese patent medicines, chemical drugs, Chinese herbal slices, and food and medicine with the same origin. It comprehensively showcased the achievements of the province's full chain development in traditional Chinese medicine planting, research and development, and production, promoted the "Longyao" culture, and enhanced the brand's popularity and influence. Gansu's traditional Chinese medicine products such as Angelica sinensis, Astragalus membranaceus, Codonopsis pilosula, and Glycyrrhiza uralensis are highly favored by domestic and foreign purchasers and consumers. Leading enterprises such as Lanzhou Foci Pharmaceutical, Gansu Fuzheng Pharmaceutical, and Gansu Fuxinghou Biomedical have reached multiple cooperation agreements with medical institutions and pharmaceutical enterprises in the Yangtze River Delta region.

During the trade fair, representatives from Gansu Province participating in the exhibition held discussions with the Gansu Chamber of Commerce in Jiangsu Province and the Jiangsu Pharmaceutical Industry Association. The talks focused on establishing cross-regional production and sales channels and the development and application of food and medicine products with the same origin. These efforts aim to facilitate the connection of Gansu's high-quality medicinal resources with the Yangtze River Delta market and expand the sales scale of Gansu's medicinal products in domestic and international markets.
