From October 20 to 21, the "Ganwei Going Global · Corridor Empowerment" ASEAN market matchmaking event was held successively in Tianshui and Pingliang, with a simultaneous launch ceremony for fruit cold-chain transportation on the New International Land-Sea Trade Corridor. The event was led and hosted by the Gansu Provincial Department of Commerce and co-hosted by Gansu International Logistics Group together with the Tianshui and Pingliang municipal governments. It aims to deeply integrate into the high-quality joint construction of the Belt and Road and the development of the New International Land-Sea Trade Corridor, and to help foreign trade enterprises across the province expand into ASEAN markets.

Gansu International Logistics Group, together with the province's overseas commercial representative offices, invited overseas business clients and representatives of foreign trade enterprises from Gansu, as well as logistics and fruit marketing enterprises from provinces and regions along the New International Land-Sea Trade Corridor, to gather together. At the event, a number of favorable foreign trade policies were also released, covering railway transportation, customs clearance, foreign exchange facilitation and other areas, and multiple thematic presentations on the ASEAN market were held. The Group delivered a thematic presentation focusing on its internationalization development strategy, corridor resource endowments, diversified market layout, and empowerment through its overseas integrated service platform, comprehensively showcasing its integrated support capacity of "corridor + logistics + trade + services."

During the event, the Group and attending business clients conducted field visits in Jingning County to the 100,000-mu modern apple industry demonstration base in the Hulu River basin and the Jingning Apple Science and Technology Innovation Hall, among other sites, promoting high-quality Ganwei fruit resources such as Jingning apples at close range and connecting the production origin end with the overseas procurement end.

As the operating entity of the Overseas Comprehensive Service (Gansu) Platform, Gansu International Logistics Group, through this event, visited Tianshui and Pingliang and held in-depth discussions with more than 50 enterprises, including participating overseas commercial representative offices, foreign clients, Jingning Longyuanhong Fruit Distribution Company, Shengyuan Fruit Industry, and Tianshui Junze International Trade Company. Focusing on the export of Ganwei agricultural products, the layout of corridor hubs, and collaborative expansion of overseas markets, and addressing pain points in going global such as insufficient overseas channels and poor cross-border cold chain, the Group proposed measures including corridor empowerment, overseas resource sharing, and full-chain comprehensive service guarantees, making every effort to help Ganwei agricultural products represented by Tianshui and Jingning apples expand into ASEAN markets through the New International Land-Sea Trade Corridor.

In recent years, leveraging the opportunities presented by the Belt and Road Initiative, Gansu International Logistics Group has continued to keep open "four-direction, multi-route" international logistics corridors, including those to Europe, Central Asia and South Asia, the New International Land-Sea Trade Corridor, and rail-sea intermodal transport via eastern seaports. It has promoted the densified and stable operation of scheduled freight trains, opening up outbound arteries of rail-rail, rail-sea and road-rail intermodal transport for "Ganwei Going Global." It has built an online overseas comprehensive service platform and, offline, established a new framework of "one enterprise serving one region," customizing dedicated going-global plans for foreign trade enterprises in the province and providing full-cycle, all-factor service support to help provincial enterprises expand into ASEAN and global markets, effectively promoting the goal that "Longyuan goods reach the world."

Liu Guangwu, Member of the Party Committee and Deputy General Manager of the Group, the Supply Chain Management Department, and heads of affiliated Wanda Company, Land-Sea New Corridor Company and Pingliang Company attended the event.
