292 Projects Signed in Lanzhou New Area at the 30th Lanzhou Trade Fair with a Total Contract Value of 51.8 Billion Yuan

On July 6th, as one of the key events of the 30th Lanzhou Trade Fair, the 2024 Lanzhou High-Quality Development and 30th Lanzhou Trade Fair Key Investment Promotion Project Signing Ceremony was held in Lanzhou. During this fair, Lanzhou New Area signed a total of 292 projects, with a total contract value of 51.8 billion yuan. All of these are industrial investment projects, characterized by a wide range of industrial coverage, large investment amounts, high technological content, and strong economic benefits. These projects are set to inject powerful new momentum into upgrading the industrial structure, enhancing the modernization level of the industrial chain, and driving leapfrog economic development in the New Area.

According to reports, the signed projects in the New Area during this fair cover various leading industries, including green chemicals, new energy, new materials, and equipment manufacturing. Of these, 165 projects are from outside the province, with a total contract value of 39.53 billion yuan, accounting for more than 75% of the total. Among the major projects with investments exceeding 1 billion yuan are the Aima Lanzhou New Area Industrial Park and the Taiheyuan 1.5 million tons/year ultra-thin photovoltaic module encapsulation materials project, with eight such projects signed, totaling 19.3 billion yuan, representing 37.3% of the total contract value.

At the same time, Lanzhou New Area utilized the Lanzhou Trade Fair, an important platform for external economic and trade exchanges, to actively showcase its development achievements and strengthen cooperation with visiting domestic and international enterprises. This expanded the breadth and depth of its opening-up efforts. Entrepreneurs investing in the New Area expressed their confidence in the future development of Lanzhou New Area, looking forward to making significant contributions to this "City of Hope."
