Excavation of Majiayuan site underway in Gansu

Majiayuan site is known as the highest-ranking cemetery dating back to the Warring States Period (475-221 B.C.) in Gansu Province. A total of 78 tombs, 69 chariots and 3,600 sets of cultural relics were discovered at the site.
