From November 30 to December 2, the 2025 Gansu Province Public Cultural Products and Services Procurement Conference, themed "Digital Intelligence Empowers Culture, Creativity Without Boundaries," was successfully held in Jinchang City. The event was attended by over 280 participants, including heads of cultural and tourism departments from various cities and prefectures, directors of cultural centers at the provincial, municipal, and county levels, as well as experts, scholars, and representatives from leading enterprises in the field of public culture.
The event closely revolved around the theme of "Digital Intelligence Empowers Culture, Creativity Without Boundaries" and focused on building a platform for matching supply and demand in public cultural and tourism services. Key activities included the Provincial Cultural Center Directors Training Conference, the opening ceremony of the Gansu Province Public Cultural Products and Services Procurement Conference, the Cultural and Tourism Public Products and Services Market, the 2026 Provincial Public Culture and Tourism Services Workshop, and the Jinchang City Public Art Achievement Exhibition titled "Aesthetic Education Empowers New Vitality, the Nickel Capital Blossoms with Brilliance." The event achieved fruitful outcomes in promoting the upgrading of public cultural and tourism services across the province and enhancing the digital skills of grassroots cultural and tourism workers.
The event, centered on the theme "Digital Intelligence Empowers Culture, Creativity Without Boundaries," established a more efficient platform for high-quality providers of public cultural and tourism services. It fostered a positive pattern characterized by the "parallel advancement of cultural creativity cultivation and talent development" as well as the "three-pronged support from government leadership, enterprise participation, and societal engagement."
More than 70 high-quality suppliers leveraged the "One Phone Travels Gansu" platform to set up online exhibition halls, showcasing over 300 products across multiple categories including information services, art promotion services, operational services, decision-making consultations, tourism public services, intangible cultural heritage creative products, and stage equipment. Additionally, 40 suppliers, such as China Electronics Wanwei Information Technology Co., Ltd., Gansu Chaoxing Smart Education Technology Co., Ltd., Shanghai Shangye Information Technology Co., Ltd., and Gansu Tietang Qin Opera Art Theater Co., Ltd., participated in offline exhibitions. This established an integrated model characterized by "online and offline synergy, combined with a head entity and a supporting matrix."
At the Cultural and Creative Fair, 10 high-quality suppliers of public cultural and tourism services, including Reader Publishing Group Co., Ltd., Gansu Performance Arts Group, Lanzhou University of Arts and Science, and Gansu Tourism Association, conducted promotion and exhibition activities. This not only provided suppliers with an opportunity to showcase their offerings but also created a platform for grassroots cultural and tourism units to select high-quality service providers and products. In the digital empowerment zone and public interaction area, smart terminals for public cultural services, motion-sensing devices, and other software and hardware, along with diverse formats and content-rich public cultural service application scenarios, allowed grassroots cultural workers and the public to personally experience the unique charm of "technology + culture" during their visit to the exhibition.
During the event, multi-platform live streaming was simultaneously conducted through National Public Culture Cloud, Gansu Public Culture Cloud, Smart Gansu's Kuaishou account, Charming Gansu's Douyin account, Micro-Travel Gansu's video channel, and Jinchang Media Convergence, effectively expanding its real-time influence. Following the event, extensive promotion of Gansu's public cultural service brand was carried out through various formats such as graphics, texts, and short videos, comprehensively showcasing the grand occasion of the Cultural and Creative Fair and the strengths of the participating suppliers. The event cumulatively generated 55 works, including graphics, texts, and videos, and conducted 13 live streaming sessions, achieving a total of 8.325 million views across all platforms.
