From November 7 to 10, the 46th Annual Meeting of the Hong Kong International Chinese Tourist Association and the "China Northwest Boutique Tourism Route Seminar" were held in Zhangye City. More than 90 people from the Culture, Sports and Tourism Bureau of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government, the Asian Tourism Exchange Center, the Hong Kong Travel Industry Council, the Hong Kong China Tourism Association, the Hong Kong Inbound Tourism Reception Association and other institutions and Hong Kong travel agent representatives attended the meeting.

During the meeting, the Gansu Provincial Department of Culture and Tourism and Zhangye City promoted their cultural and tourism resources. Hong Kong is an important source market for inbound tourism in Gansu Province. With the opening of direct flights from Lanzhou to Hong Kong, the Gansu Provincial Department of Culture and Tourism and cultural and tourism enterprises have held cultural and tourism promotion activities in Hong Kong many times, and held the Hong Kong and Macao Youth Mainland Study Tour Alliance Conference and various cultural exchange performances in Gansu, which promoted exchanges and cooperation between Gansu and Hong Kong.

The 46th Annual Conference of the Hong Kong International Chinese Tourist Association was held in Zhangye City. Gansu used this important platform to strengthen the connections and business exchanges between peers in the two places, which will effectively promote the prosperity and development of the tourism industry in both Gansu and Hong Kong.
