The 2025 “Gansu Culinary Festival” Series of Activities to Promote Consumption in the Catering Industry was Officially Launched
On January 18th, the “Gansu Flavors Delight Gansu · Brand New Year Goods Welcome the Spring Festival” - “Gansu Food Festival” series of activities to promote consumption in the catering industry was officially launched in Lanzhou. Nearly 100 well-known leading brands in the catering, hotel, time-honored, beef noodles, grocery, and cultural and creative industries participated in the launch ceremony, marking the official start of the 2025 provincial catering consumption promotion activities.
The launch of the “Gansu Food Festival” series of activities aims to further boost catering consumption, tap into the potential of catering consumption, invigorate the catering market, enrich the supply of the Spring Festival market, meet consumers’ diverse demands, and promote the continuous recovery of the catering consumption market.
The New Year goods promotion event launched in Lanzhou is the first of the 2025 provincial “1+6+N” series of catering consumption promotion activities and an important part of the “Gansu Food Festival”. Leading brand catering enterprises across the province have organized activities around consumption hotspots such as “New Year’s Eve Dinner, Master’s Creation”, “Book New Year’s Eve Dinner, Get New Year’s Eve Room”, green New Year goods, and brand New Year goods, including New Year’s Eve dinner exhibitions, New Year’s Eve dinner reservations, and discounts and concessions, to attract consumers with real benefits. Traditional delicacies, “Gansu Flavors” products, couplets, cultural and creative products, and other New Year goods are all available, providing consumers with a "one-stop" shopping experience and a unique New Year goods feast. In the first two days of the event, the reservations for New Year’s Eve dinners at brand catering hotels in Lanzhou City were unprecedentedly popular, and over 30,000 sets of New Year goods were sold.
